Nakertrans Monitors Job Fair Held at Pulogadung Trade Center

Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration (Nakertrans) Department Head, Andri Yansyah monitors directly Job Fair held at Pulogadung Trade Center, East Jakarta, this Tuesday (9/10).

It is not only about its implementation, but we want to ensure the result and benefits for both sides

This is the third job fair held by East Jakarta Nakertrans Sub-department. There are 38 companies participated in this event with total 3,500 job vacancies.

In this event, Andri wants to know job fair implementation and job seekers' interest towards this event.

Based on Beritajakarta.id observation, he visited each company booths and interacts with some job seekers.

"I expect fewer job seekers visiting job fair. Because it means unemployment in Jakarta is reduced," he expressed.

According to him, result from this visit will be used as evaluation for Nakertrans Department's program in the future. His side wants job fair to be utilized well in accordance with its purpose and target, as the channel for employers and job seekers to find what they need.

"It is not only about its implementation, but we want to ensure the result and benefits for both sides. We hope this job f air can absorb more employees," he stated.

Nindi Aulia, job seeker who has graduated from SMK PGRI 39 Pondok Kopi (vocational school), East Jakarta stated, this event facilitates her and other graduates in finding a job.

"It offers many alternatives of job vacancies. We really appreciate it since it gives us a wide opportunity to be employed. Hopefully there will be more Job Fair that facilitates fresh graduate job seekers," she mentioned.
